TicketApp allows the maintenance technician to know in real time the maintenance of ordinary and extraordinary type assigned to him.Tickets are sorted chronologically and their priority is highlighted with a different color:- Red: High- Yellow: Medium- Light blue: LowEach ticket is accompanied by detailed information that can be viewed by pressing a specific button.Each ticket is geolocated and the user can trace the route to be taken to reach the destinationThe operations allowed by the user are as follows:- Acceptance / Rejection of an assigned ticket- In case of refusal: choice of a reason among the list of those proposed- Start work- Pause a job- Transfer of work to other maintainers for a reason chosen from those provided- Completion of the work and compilation of the report- Choice of the descriptive items of the ticket according to its type- Insertion of the autograph signature- Enter the name of the signer
